STEVE T. HASTINGS

Mr. Hastings obtained his law degree from Baylor Law School and has devoted his practice to the trial of serious cases for more than 40 years. He has tried over 125 cases with several verdicts for his clients in excess of $10,000,000.00.  His experience in the courtroom has resulted in a Top Ten in Texas jury verdict and others which were Top Fifty and One Hundred in the United States. He has been nominated as Trial Lawyer of the Year at both state and national levels and is noted as a top 100 trial lawyer at the national level. He has been named a Texas Super Lawyer and has been awarded a rating of AV preeminent which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.

Mr. Hastings is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, American Association of Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Attorney Information Exchange Group. He is admitted to practice law in Texas and has argued cases to the Texas Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in Federal Courts and the United States Supreme Court.

When not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family hunting, scuba diving, and racing his sailboat. His sailing adventures include two races across the Pacific Ocean from Los Angeles, California to Honolulu, Hawaii.
